The revision petitioner seeks a limited relief of a direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruchengode, to dispose of I.A.No.5 of 2024 which has been pending for over a period of one year in A.S.No.41 of 2023.

2. The revision petitioner, aggrieved by non-consideration of the interim application filed for stay along with the appeal suit, has come up by way of this revision seeking direction to the First Appellate Court to dispose of the said interlocutory application.

3. Considering the limited request that is sought for in the revision petition, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

4. The learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruchengode, shall take up the enquiry in I.A.No.5 of 2024 and pass final orders in the said application within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
