This petition is filed to accept the cause title as given in the petition and in the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and perused the material available in the record.

3. Before the trial court, his name was mentioned as "Ravi." In fact, his original name is "Ravikumar," but in the cause title of the plaint, his name was mentioned as "RaviKumar." He now wishes to correct the cause title to reflect his name as "Ravikumar."

4. Upon reviewing the records, it is evident that the petitioner remained ex-parte during the trial court proceedings. However, the suit was dismissed, leading the plaintiff to file an appeal, which was subsequently 1\2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

rri allowed. Now, the second defendant has filed this appeal to challenge that decision, and he is contesting the case for the first time. Upon verifying his Aadhar card and Ration card, it is confirmed that his name is "Ravikumar, S/o P. Kamalakannan." Therefore, the reason provided by him for the correction is justifiable.

Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
