The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that as matter has been settled between the parties, he seeks to withdraw these applications and also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and endorsement made, these applications are dismissed as withdrawn.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- [Rupees twenty five thousand only] as further remuneration to the Advocate Commissioner.
