2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the second respondent. Perused the materials available on record.

On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and finding the reasons assigned by the petitioners to be justifiable one, the interest for the default period is ordered to be waived. Therefore, the delay in filling CMA.SR.Nos.105770 , 105768 & 105769 & of 2025 are condoned.
