This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate from Monday to Friday at 10.30 a.m and shall appear before the respondent police on Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.15702 of 2025 dated 22.05.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police states that though the petitioner has complied with the condition to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/-, he has not complied with the modified condition of reporting before the respondent police on Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
