SR NO.45320 of 2022 P.N.PRAKASH.J., AND N.ANAND VENKATESH.J., [Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH.J.,] This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 110 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the conviction and sentence imposed on the petitioner/appellant by judgment dated 25.01.2021 in S.C.No.33 of 2016 by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Tiruvarur.
2. Notice have been served on all the parties.
3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.SMuthusamy, SubInspector of Police, Needamangalam Police Station was present.
4. On notice, Manikandan (A1) and Rajeswari (A4) were present. The counsel for Rajith @ Ganapathy @ Rethinaganapathy (A2) and Sundar (A3) was present.
5. Heard both sides.
