ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 406, 420 of IPC in Cr.No.215 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant lodged a complaint before the respondent police stated that the defacto complainant is a trust by name " Shri Ramakrishna Paramahamsar Vivekanandha Vidhyashram Education Trust and they have planned to develop a school, due to which, the petitioner and other accused promised the defacto complainant to arrange a loan for a sum of Rs.5,00,00,000/- and for that they got a commission for a sum of Rs.25,00,000/- from the defacto complainant, thereafter they failed to honour the commitment. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) raising objection stating that petitioners cheated the defacto complainant for a sum of Rs. 5,00,00,000/- .

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner and it needs detailed investigation, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the petition seeking anticipatory bail is dismissed.
