ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.Karthik Rajan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.AR.L.Sundaresan, learned Additional Solicitor-General for the second respondent.
2. The present writ petition was filed by the Service Bar Association in peculiar circumstances.
3. On 27.09.2023, we had recorded that in 66 cases, speaking orders with judgments, signed by both the Members of the Bench are available and there would be no impediment to treat those matters as disposed of and to give the certified copies of judgments in those cases. As far as remaining matters are concerned, a solution has been arrived at.
4. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP No.24040 of 2023 is closed.
