ORDER

The petitioner/A2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC, 1860 in Crime No. 724 of 2023, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Mr.S.Udayakumar, learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent/State submitted that the 1st accused was remanded and released on bail in Crl.M.P.No.17110 of 2023, dated 24.01.2024 on the file of Judicial Magistrate-II, Tirupattur. He further submitted that charge sheet has been filed and after taking cognizance in C.C.No.492 of 2025 on the file of Judicial Magistrate-II, Tirupattur, in which, the trial Court issued summons to the petitioner to appear before the trial Court. Against which, the present petition has been filed. 3.After hearing both sides, this Court directs both parties to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Tirupattur, forthwith.

4. In the light of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
