(Order of the Court was made by N.Kirubakaran, J) Since the original petitioner Ms.Jayammal Alias Jayalakshmi died on 17.11.2010, the legal heirs has to be brought on record to contest the appeal and therefore, the present petition has been filed to accept the cause title.

2.This convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
