ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation until further orders by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16026 of 2025 dated 28.05.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16026 of 2025, dated 28.05.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation until further orders is relaxed.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 29.07.2025 jas To The Inspector of Police, Uthiyur Police Station, Tiruppur District.
