The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to recognize the sixth petitioner herein as the Power Agent of petitioners 1 to 5.

2. The petitioner filed a power deed dated 5th October 2022, executed by the petitioners 1 to 5, in favour of the 6th petitioner. The original power deed was verified by the Registry and the copy of the same is filed along with the Civil Miscellaneous Petition.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition to recognize the 6th petitioner as power agent of petitioners 1 to 5, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
