This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on alternative days at 10.30 am for the period of three months in Crl.O.P.No.16938 of 2024 on 18.07.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the fact that investigation is pending and taking into consideration the other aspects, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first day of English Calendar month for a period of three months.
