After perusing the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C., the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle, to that effect.

2. In view of the above submission and also endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
