Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent in connection with the impugned order passed by him in Na.Ka.No.A2/22536/2006 dt 21.9.2006 and quash the same and further direct the respondents to upgrade the petitioner as Head Constable from 2004 with all consequential service and monetary benefits and grant him such other relief.
