ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent forthwith to decide the appeal of the petitioner dated 09.04.2021 as against the order of the third respondent dated 12.02.2021 in Na.Ka.1342/2019/A2 in a time bound manner.

2. The petitioner originally filed an appeal before the third respondent to cancel the patta issued in favour of the respondents 5 and 6 herein. The third respondent partly allowed the said appeal filed by the petitioner and however, the patta has been restored and classified the land as "Grama Natham" instead of transferring the patta in favour of the petitioner. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed a revision on 09.04.2021 before the second respondent and it is pending without any process.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner, the respondents 5 and 6 and counter parties, if any within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry, after giving opportunity of hearing to them and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
