Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondent in his letter No. K2/13688/2003 dated 13.03.2006 and quash the same and further direct the respondent to sell the godown namely E-88, at Periyar Market, In Koyambedu Wholesale Market Complex, Keyambedu, Chennai 600 092 on hire purchase basis to the petitioner.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
