ORDER

This Petition has been filed to set-aside the order dated 24.01.2025 passed in Criminal MP.No.1 of 2024 in Crl.A.Sr.No.1765 of 2024 on the file of the Principal District Court, Namakkal and consequently direct the appellate court to restore the case in M.P.No.1 of 2024 in Crl.A.Sr.No.1765 of 2024 on the file of the Principal District Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission, permission is granted to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
