2. In the common affidavit filed in support of the petitions, it had been stated that the 2nd respondent had also died and the application had been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent. The matter was then listed on 17.03.2025 when it was informed that the appellant had also died. Thereafter the applications have to be filed to bring on record the legal representatives. This caused the delay and the application has been filed to condone the delay.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the respondents.

4. Taking all the facts into consideration, these applications are allowed. The delay is condoned. The legal representatives of the deceased appellant are brought on record .
