Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the third and fourth respondents herein to comply the order No.Na.Ka.7000/2016/Aa-II dated 21.09.2016 passed by the Tahsildhar, Sriperumpudur now Kundrathur Taluk the second respondent herein.

The writ petition has been filed seeking mandamus directing the third and fourth respondents to comply with the order passed by the second respondent.
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader for R1 to R4 and the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that now the order passed by the second respondent has been complied with and produced the proceedings of the Zonal Deputy Tahsildar, Kundrathur Taluk. 2/4
In view of the above, the prayer sought for by the writ petitioner has become infructuous. Hence, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
