ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the second respondent to produce the petitioner's daughter namely Aishvarya, aged about 21 years, before this Court and set her at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.The detenue is produced before the Court. On enquiry, the detenue has stated that she is 20 years old and she has married one Surendhar.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the petitioner was also present when the detenue was called for enquiry. During enquiry, the petitioner has stated that he will not have any association with the detenue.

4.In such view of the matter, we do not find any illegal detention involved. Accordingly, the habeas corpus petition stands closed.
