Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2022 to regularize the petitioner's service on his completion of ten years of service from the date of initial appointment on 22.01.1999, in light of G.O.(2D).No.40, Commercial Taxes and Registration (M1) Department dated 17.04.2013 and consequently direct the respondents to pay pension and monetary benefits with all consequential benefits and arrears.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2022 to regularize the petitioner's service on his completion of ten years of service from the date of initial appointment on 22.01.1999, in light of G.O.(2D).No.40, Commercial Taxes and Registration (M1) Department dated 17.04.2013 and consequently direct the respondents to pay pension and monetary benefits with all consequential benefits and arrears.

2. Without going into the merits of the main writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
