Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to conduct the patta correction enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 02.08.2023 and to issue the fresh patta to the petitioner's land in Survey No.145 admeasuring to an extent of 0.18.0 ares and survey No.257 admeasuring to an extent of 1.95.0 ares situated in Minnal Chithamur Village, Madhuranthagam Taluk, Chengalpatty District.

ORDER
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the second respondent to have a patta correction enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 02.08.2023.
2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents based on the written instructions given by the Tahsildar, Madhuranthagam in his letter dated 24.08.2023 states that the issues are already referred for an enquiry before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Madhuranthagam.
3.This being the factum, the petitioner is at liberty to submit his statement along with documents, if any, before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Madhuranthagam, who in turn is directed to receive the same and adjudicate the issues and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
