When the matter is taken up today for hearing, it is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that pursuant to the order passed by the District Collector and District Magistrate of Tirupathur District in C3/D.O.No.43/2024 dated 16.08.2024, the petitioner has been detained as a "Bootlegger" as contemplated under Section 2(b) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982. They also produced a copy of the order.

2. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
