Heard Ms.C.Uma, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.C.Kathiravan, Standing Counsel for the first respondent and Mr.N.Naveenkumar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the second and third respondents.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first and second respondents submitted that the notification has already been notified and list has been forwarded to the Teachers Recruitment Board. In such view of the matter, no contempt will lie and it is for the concerned department to pass an Order for appointment as per law. 2/4
