ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to conduct enquiry and dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 31.08.2021 which was sent on 02.09.2021 within the time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard, Mr.K.Mukund Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2.

3. The petitioner filed an appeal before the first respondent as against the issuance of patta in favour of the third and fourth respondents and it is pending for consideration.

4. Considering the above, the first respondent is directed to issue notice to the third and fourth respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
