O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 20th of July, 2016 and consequently, direct the respondent to exchange of the petitioner's land situate at R.S.440/6A in lieu of the pathway running on R.S.440/5.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would only submit that the petitioner is willing to give equal amount of land for the purpose of underway.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, this Court directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.07.2016 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, after giving liberty to all the parties concerned within a period of six weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
