Cont.P.No.1395 & 1396 of 2019 COMMON ORDER Alleging that the order of this Court, dated 09.08.2019, made in W.M.P.No.23312 of 2019 in W.P.No.23515 of 2019 and in W.M.P.No.23321 of 2019 in W.P.No.23519 of 2019, has not been complied with by the respondent, the petitioners have come up with the present contempt petitions.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with and he has also produced the proceedings of the Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Cooperative Union, in Na.Ka.No.0001/MD/2018(1), dated 27.08.2019.
3.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, the contempt petitions stand closed.
