A.No.6000 of 2023 has been filed to bring on record respondents 3 to 5 herein as defendants 3 to 5 in the above suit to represent the estate of defendants 1 and 2 and permit the plaintiff to mark consequential amendments in the plaint.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing these applications.

4. In view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these applications, these applications are allowed.
