This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 02.04.2019 and 29.05.2019 in view of the order passed by the Learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet in Crl.M.P.No.2789 of 2019 dated 01.08.2019.

2.It is seen from records that is already a direction given by the learned Magistrate under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. to register an FIR.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of by directing the respondent police to comply with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the direction given by the learned Magistrate and register an FIR within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
