When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that no FIR has been registered and no complaint was received as against the petitioners. On the other hand, the petitioners only gave a complaint against one Subramani and two others and the same is under enquiry.

Recording the above submissions and considering that no FIR has been registered as against the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
