ORDER
Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that the second respondent, by his proceedings dated 27.08.2016, rejected the request of the petitioner and therefore, the relief of Mandamus sought for by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the petitioner need not be considered.
2. In view of the fact that the petitioner's request has already been rejected by the second respondent, the Petition filed by the Petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondent to consider his representation cannot be granted. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the order of rejection passed by the second respondent on 27.08.2016, if he is so advised. Sd/- Asst.
