ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 29.10.2021 for the offences under Sections 341, 294(b), 336, 427, 392, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.492 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that on 29.10.2021 when the de facto complainant was carrying on his business at his Grocery shop, the petitioner and other accused person due to previous enmity, approached the defacto complainant and assaulted him with knife due to which, the defacto complainant sustained injuries. Further, the accused pelted stones on the public. Hence the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is arrayed as A2. On the fateful day, A1 compelled the petitioner to drive his two wheeler stating that he is suffering with leg pain and therefore, the petitioner drove the vehicle, and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that the petitioner has been suffering incarceration for more than 30 days from 29.10.2021. Hence, he would pray for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would raise strong objection stating that the de facto complainant sustained grievous injuries and took treatment as in patient for several days and he suffered 15 sutures and undergone 2 operations and till date he has been taking treatment as outpatient.
5.Considering the grave nature of offence and that the investigation has not been completed, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
