This petition is filed to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioner before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chengalpattu in Spl.S.C.No.5 of 2022 pending disposal of the Criminal Original Petition.

2. Considering the fact that already, interim stay is granted in the matter, the presence of the petitioner/accused before the Trial Court shall stand dispensed with until further orders.

3. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
