This writ petition has been filed for forbearing the respondents from interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the land in S.Nos.216 and 217, Kannampalayam Village, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District, covered by Patta No.325, belong to the petitioner, except by due process of law.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in view of the interim order dated 18.10.2022, granted by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.27887 of 2022, nothing survive in the present writ petition.

Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
