C.M.P.No.19714 of 2019 in C.R.P.SR.No.98189 of 2019 R. SURESH KUMAR, J.

The order of eviction dated 17.04.2018 passed by the Respondent Corporation was the subject matter in C.M.A.No.31 of 2018 and the same has been dismissed by the impugned order dated 12.03.2019 by the Principal City Civil Judge, Chennai, as against which the present revision has been filed.

2. The original eviction order dated 17.04.2018 passed by the Corporation, since already claimed to have been filed in the C.M.A. proceedings and the same since got merged with the present impugned order dated 12.03.2019 in C.M.A.No.31 of 2018, the production of the said original proceedings of the Corporation of Chennai dated 17.04.2018, is hereby dispensed with.

3. The above miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
