2.The petitioner is the President of Mettur Dam Fisheries Co-operative Marketing Societies Limited. The petitioner's grievance is that the respondents 2 and 3 are interfering with the day to day management of the petitioner's cooperative society. Making such allegation, the petitioner made a representation to the first respondent on 08.06.2016. As the said representation is not yet considered by the first respondent, the present writ petition is filed before this court seeking for a mandamus for considering the said representation. 3.Needless to say that as it is for the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, this court at this stage is not expressing any view on the allegation made by the petitioner in his representation.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of only with a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 08.06.2016, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
