ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to punish the respondent herein for the failure to comply the order passed by this Court, dated 29.03.2023 in W.P.No.20927 of 2019.

2. When the case came up for hearing, the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed in W.P.No.20927 of 2019, dated 29.03.2023 has been complied with by the respondent. He has also produced a copy of the letter of the Chief Engineer, Vellore-6 dated 09.08.2023 before this Court and the same was recorded.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent, granted in favour of the petitioner, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
