This petition has been filed to amend as offence under section 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii), 109 and 307 of IPC instead of u/s 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) and 109 of IPC in Crl.O.P.No.19305 of 2022 dated 22.08.2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.19305 of 2022 dated 22.08.2022 and issue fresh order copy. Further, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to execute the sureties as directed by this Court, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
