This petition is filed to substitute the respondents 4 and 5 herein as respondents 4 and 5, who are the sisters of the 2nd respondent in the main Writ Petition in W.P.No.6106 of 2016 for the death of the 2nd respondent.

2.The writ petition itself is filed challenging the unilateral cancellation of the settlement hence the presence of the substituted respondents 4 and 5 are required. Hence, this petition stands ordered as prayed for.
