Mr.P.Solomon C O M M O N O R D E R These writ petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, with a prayer to issue a writ of certiorari calling for the records of the Labour Court, Coimbatore in IA.No.13/2019 in ID.No.101/2004 and quash its orders dated 15.03.2019 and 24.05.2004.

2. Both the parties have submitted that the matter has been settled out of the Court, according to which, the petitioner management has come forward with a demand draft of Rs.1,50,000/- drawn in the name of the wife of the deceased, by name V.Saraswathi. She has given an authorization, permitting to handover the said demand draft in her brother's son, by name Vishnu Prabhakar bearing Adhar No.2969 2543 1245 on her behalf.

3. Today Mr.Vishnu Prabhakar, is present in the Court and the counsel for petitioner management has handed over the demand draft to

the said Mr.Vishnu Prabhakar in the presence of counsel on record for the respondent. The same is recorded. Since, the matter is settled, the cause does not survive any more to prosecute the writ petitioner. Accordingly the writ petitions stand disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs.
