This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 29 days in filing the above revision against the summon issued in C.C.No.476 of 2024 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Tiruppur, dated 24.12.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 29 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
