ORDER

This modification petition has been filed on the ground that this Court while passing the order in the writ petition had directed to defreeze the savings bank account of the petitioner and whereas, there are two fixed deposits which must also be defreezed. Since there was no specific direction issued by this Court, the 2nd respondent Bank is not in a position to defreeze the fixed deposit. 2.The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the 3rd respondent submitted that CBI has already given no objection to defreeze the saving bank account of the petitioner and also the two fixed deposits. Hence, it was submitted that appropriate orders ca be passed by this Court.

3/5 3.This modification petition is disposed of by clarifying Paragraph No.6 as follows:

6.In the light of the above fair submission made by the 3rd respondent in the counter affidavit, the 2nd respondent is directed to defreeze the saving bank account and two fixed deposit accounts of the petitioner forthwith. This writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No Costs.
