ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Petitioner is alleging that respondents have willfully failed and neglected to comply with the order/direction given on 13th March, 2024 read with the order dated 19th March, 2024.

2. Mr.A.Edwin Prabakar, learned State Government Pleader, states that respondent No.5 in the original writ petition had challenged the

notice that was given by official respondent as regards removal of the alleged encroachment and the entire enquiry has been stayed by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.28410 of 2024.

3. Mr.Agni Selvaraju, learned counsel for petitioner, states that petitioner will take out an application for impleadment in W.P.No.28410 of 2024. We express no opinion. If such application is taken out, Court will consider the same in accordance with law.

4. In view thereof, we are not satisfied that respondents herein are in contempt.
