ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 29.02.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.5151 of 2024, thereby directed the respondent to approve the appointment of one Senthilraj in the post of Secondary Grade Teacher in the petitioner school with effect from 25.09.2023. 2.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. 3.

Recording the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, this Contempt Petition is closed.
