ORDER
By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. In view of the order that this Court proposes to pass and also the limited relief that is sought to be granted, notice to respondent No.4 is dispensed with.
2. The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of Mandamus to direct 2/6
the third respondent to forthwith register the sale deeds in (i) Transaction No.REG202504193362542, (ii) Transaction No.REG202504193362715 and (iii) Transaction No.REG202504193362788 dated 19.04.2025 as presented by the petitioner as per Act and Rules.

At the outset, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that protest petition has been filed by one Palanisamy and they would furnish a copy of the protest petition to the petitioner and if the petitioner represents the sale deeds along with response to the protest petition, the sale deeds would be registered, if it is otherwise in order If, for any reason, the Sub Registrar is of the view that the registration ought to be refused, he would do so after assigning reasons, which was agreed to by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
5. In view thereof, the third respondent shall furnish a copy of the protest petition to the petitioner, within a period of one week from the date of uploading of the web copy without waiting for the receipt of certified copy. On receipt of the copy of the protest petition, it is open to the petitioner to represent the sale deeds before the third respondent along with their response to the protest petition within a period of two weeks thereafter. On such representation, the third respondent shall 3/6
register the sale deeds`, if it is otherwise in order, in accordance with law, after issuing notice and affording a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, Palanisamy and all other interested parties including rival claimants, if any, within a period of two weeks thereafter. If for any reason, the third respondent refuses to register the sale deeds, he shall assign reasons in the refusal slip. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the case and it is open to the concerned respondent to consider the case on its own merits and in accordance with law.
6. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
