ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to transfer the patta in his name in respect of Punja land measuring an extent of 4 acres 10 cents (1.66.0 Hectors) in survey No.86/1 (patta No.2.82) in Yelagiri Village, Thirupathur Taluk, Vellore District, in pursuance of his representation dated 12.08.2016.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

12.08.2016 to transfer the patta in his name, the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders so far.

3. Mr.S.N.Parthasarathy, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders, in accordance with law. 4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.08.2016 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of personal hearing to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With this observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
