Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to take action to dispose of the Petitioner's representation dated 31.12.2018 and 09.01.2019 submitted with regard to issue the patta petitioner's land by meets and bounds, to an extent of 12 cents comprised in Survey No.211/16, in Devangapuram Makkinangkombai Village, Sathyamangalam Taluk, Erode District.

ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a direction, directing the respondents to take action on the representations dated 31.12.2018 and 09.01.2019 for issuance of patta in respect of the land comprised in Survey No.211/16 admeasuring to an extent of 12 cents situated at Devangapuram Makkinangkombai Village, Sathyamangalam Taluk, Erode District.

2. On receipt of the same, the 3rd respondent by an order dated 18.11.2019 in the proceedings Na.Ka.No.1027/2019/A4 rejected the claim of the petitioner for the reason that the petitioner failed to produce any legal heirs certificate or any other documents evidently to prove his ancestry descent in respect of the subject land and the subject land is classified as 'Government Poramboke' and it belong to the Government.

3. Recorded the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
