Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.10.2015 made to the respondents and its higher authorities for the relief of disbursement of land acquisition proceedings award to the petitioner with incidental benefits as per the land acquisition act.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.10.2015 made to the respondents and its higher authorities for the relief of disbursement of land acquisition proceedings award to the petitioner with incidental benefits as per the Land Acquisition Act.

2. Heard, Mr.V. Ramana Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.Haroon, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1&2 and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 3 & 4.

3. A perusal of the records, it is seen that the petitioner submitted a representation before the Legal Aid Committee, Tiruvallur. However, the learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that the petitioner has to make a fresh representation before the third respondent or the authorities concerned.

4.Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation to the third respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the third respondent is directed to consider the same, after receipt of the reports of the requestioning body and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. 5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
