ORDER
(The Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J) The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent Corporation has granted license to the petitioner to run a tea shop in the place in question and the period of lease will expire only on 21.03.2025. In the meantime, the respondent demolished the said building and constructing a new one and therefore the petitioner has vacated the said premises. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought an allotment of a shop to the petitioner after constructing a new building.
